Royalton acquired 70% of IUS in 2011. The company first focused on accelerated expansion in Croatia, where IUS Info Croatia by the end of 2016 increased its revenues 8x and with 1100 accounts became the first choice service, highly regarded by the legal community. At the same time IUS carried out a global research of online legal services and identified Turkey as the country offering the best opportunity to expand. Royalton Partners with IUS executives identified a number of acquisition targets, of which  On Iki Levha (OIL), a legal publisher agreed to team-up with IUS to launch a sister system. RCI II financed acquisition of majority stake in OIL and development of Turkish service by Slovenian IT specialists and OIL sales team. The service was launched in 2015 and by the middle of 2017 it has almost 10 thousand users, providing all laws and the largest database of court cases in Turkey through state-of-the-art interface.

Royalton structured the investment through a Luxembourg holding company, which takes strategic decisions and merges interests of shareholders. Operating subsidiaries are located in Slovenia, Croatia and Turkey.
