City Parking Group is the biggest operator of car parks and City Parking Zones in Central Europe. The company has currently under management or maintenance contracts around 125,000
on-street parking spaces and over 4,400 parking machines, primarily in on-street parking zones and 11,500 off-street spaces. The Group is present in about 60 locations in Poland and 26 in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In 2009 RCI II invested in Activ, a Czech company managing parking zone in Prague with a view to build international group. In 2009 Active bought Polish CoolAR, operator of  parking zones based in Grudziądz, Poland and the two companies formed City Parking Group. The financing provided by RCI II supported expansion of parking zones footprint and winning contracts in the largest Polish cities: Łódź, Wrocław, Kraków and in 2014 Warsaw in addition to multiple smaller locations in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Then the company developed its off-street operations and “Bezpieczny Parking” (“Safe Car Park”) remote management service for small car park owners. CPG clients can use dedicated mobile app to manage their parking payments and navigate to the nearest free space.
