Compliance and Legal Officer

Maciej has over 10 years of experience in the legal and financial service industry.

Maciej is currently serving as Compliance and Legal Officer.

Prior to joining Royalton Partners in 2020, Maciej was concurrently employed as the in-house counsel for a corporate administration company and as the AML-KYC officer for an AIFM in Luxembourg. Moreover, Maciej has varied employment experience prior to the financial industry. Most notably, he served as a law clerk for the Complex Litigation Center for the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and he worked on cases involving an American pharmaceutical company, one of the top US retailers, a major banking group and the US Army as parties to multiple legal proceedings.

Maciej holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in New York, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and German language and literature from The George Washington University in Washington DC.
