Andrew Sandor - Outside Counsel

Mr. Sandor joined Royalton Partners in 2008, where he continues to serve as dedicated outside counsel. Prior to joining Royalton, he was a senior associate with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Bratislava, in the Slovak Republic, for five years. Between 2000 and 2002, he was an associate with Coudert Brothers, a New York-based law firm. Between 1996 and 2000 he worked as a marketing manager with Watson Wyatt Worldwide. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Sandor worked in Budapest, at a public relations agency and at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Sandor serves as a member of the boards of CertAsig in Romania,  EPG (Energy Power Group) in the Czech Republic, Central European Airport Services in Lithuania, Vratislavia Holdings in Poland, and City Parking Group. He used to serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lang Asset Management in Hungary. He holds a B.A. in History, with a concentration in Russian and East European Studies from Yale University, an M.A. in International Economics and Russian Area and East European Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Sandor is a member of the American Bar Association and is qualified  to practice in New York, as well as England and Wales. In addition, Mr. Sandor serves on the Board of the International School of Prague. He speaks fluent Hungarian.
